Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 4 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items, such as intimate or sanitary goods, health and personal care items, and consumables like pet food and treats, are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if applicable, photographic evidence of any damage or defect.

Refund Approval and Processing

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 - 5 working days.

  • Requests to transfer the refund to an account other than the original payment source are generally not entertained. In exceptional cases, additional documentation may be required, and processing may take up to 15 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@petzup.in.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and products purchased on sale are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

  • To replace a defective item, contact us at care@petzup.in within 4 days from the date of delivery. The defective product will be recalled, and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs. Below is the detailed cancellation policy for various services offered at PetzUp:

  • Pet Grooming: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Vet Home Visit: Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled visit. Late cancellations may result in a partial or full charge.

  • Pet Walking: Cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to the scheduled start date. This policy ensures that your slot can be made available to other customers.

  • Pet Sitting: Cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to the scheduled start date. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Pet Boarding: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the check-in time. Late cancellations may result in a partial refund based on the circumstances.

  • Pet Food and Accessories Delivery: Cancellations must be made within 15 minutes of placing the order. Due to the quick processing of orders, cancellations after this window may not be possible.
